Condition for Receiving and Delivery

For Domestic Customers

  • You may pick up your order at our outlet during business hours 8:30 – 17:00 Monday to Saturday. To pick up your order, please contact us to make an appointment in advance.
  • Free delivery in Bangkok Metropolitan for order amount above THB 20,000. –
  • We can delivery order less than THB 20,000. – with fee, according to distance and type of vehicles. Please check with your sale representative for exact delivery cost.
  • Your order can be delivered by local logistic company, Flash express, Kerry Express, Thailand Post, etc. We charge for delivery cost based on weight and distance, with the minimum charge of THB 150. –
  • In case of return, exchange, or incomplete delivery due to incorrect information provided by the customers, for example incorrect address, or no recipient at the time of delivery. Customer will be responsible for the delivery cost if you want us to deliver again.

For International Customers

  • All product prices are in EX-WORK (EXW) term.
  • Free delivery to your designated forwarder, where office is in Bangkok only, if the order amount above THB 20,000. –
  • Customer will responsible for all of shipping costs to designated consignee that will be collected by the forwarder company.
  • Please ask our sale representative if you have any questions regarding to the shipping process.

Conditions for Replacement and Warranty

   Angel Beauty Supply is committed to deliver products and services with the highest satisfaction for customers. Our products have been inspected to ensure the standardize before delivery. We expect that you receive the products that meet your expectations. However, if there are any cases that the products are incorrect as you ordered or damaged, we apologize for the mistakes and willing to take responsibility under the following conditions.

  1. If the products are found to be incorrect or damaged, please notify us within 7 days from the date you sign for the products. Please send us proof of purchase and photos of damaged or incorrected products to us. Please note that we reserve the right not to accept the exchange if the time pass over 7 days.
  2. In case of incorrect products, customer can make an exchange by sending them back to us. The products must be in its original condition. They must not have been used, unclean or contaminated by any other products.
  3. In case that the products are damaged, we are happy to replace the products with the new one. Please return the defective products to us. After we check the cause of the damage, we will deliver new products to you as soon as possible.

   Please read the purchasing terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. If you have made an order with Angel Beauty Supply either by Phone, Fax, Line, Facebook, or any other channels, you will be considered to have acknowledged and accepted all terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change or cancel part of terms and conditions or all of them without prior notice. Please check current terms and conditions with sale representative every time before placing an order.
